Not sure if I'm crazy...but I swear my Panasonic Arc3 doesn't work as well in winter months...like the shave isn't as close...and it takes longer... Maybe it's just my skin being drier in winter?...or the cold air affecting something?...I dunno...but I've noticed this pattern for two years...
