Cleaning a Philips Philishave 3000 Series Razor

Very interesting. When I regularly used a Philishave a few years back I used to periodically clean the heads in an ultrasonic bath with warm soapy water and then rinse and allow to air dry. I try to use what I have to hand...so if I want to sterilise my new 3000 Series with alcohol I would hope to use Bioethanol rather than Rubbing alcohol. Any thoughts?


The additives are those required by UK law to ensure that no one can drink it!

Anything alcohol-based is fine to clean your razor heads, including this. Philips is pushing the narrative that water is good enough, but as we know, water can't and won't remove oils, etc. Try the BioEthanol and let us know how you make out.
