Posted a few weeks ago asking about Arc5 vs Arc6. Ended up getting the Arc6 (ES-LS9A-K) and wanted to share my experience after 2 weeks.
The good: Shave quality is noticeably better than my old Arc5, especially on longer stubble. The 6th cutting element does seem to make a difference. Head flexibility is improved, follows face contours better. Cleaning station is actually pretty convenient.
The meh: Battery life went from 45 minutes on Arc5 to 50 minutes on Arc6 - not a huge jump. Takes 40 minutes to charge vs 1 hour on Arc5, which is nice. Build quality feels premium but not dramatically different.
The verdict: If you're happy with your Arc5, probably not worth upgrading unless money isn't an issue. If you're buying new, the Arc6 is better but at almost double the price. The performance gap isn't as big as the price gap. Hope this helps others making the same decision.
