Electric Shave of the Day (ESOTD)

I must get my camera out again sometime. An excellent wet shave today again. Ok I am retired an my needs are not as they were a few years ago.....but a generic Chinese rotary with good prep and a wet shave..... gave a shave worthy of a blade.

Face wash followed by Vitos preshave cream.

Monday 6th September

Still haven't managed to get the camera in action .....but I had a great Shave today

Wash with ordinary soap and water
A wet shave with a :

Kemei 2024
Proraso Green Cream
Proraso Green AS
Argan Oil

12 hours on.....as good as a bladed shave.
Really.....Good prep with proper maintenance makes electric shaving as good as anything available

The HQ5401 is a cord-only model given to me by my grandma for Christmas, 2002. Because of the cord, it's a little tricky shaving my head. I had to creatively manoeuvre to make it work and hunch over a bit during the shave to reach it. Good shave, though. really good. I've always loved that razor.

An excellent shave. Very close without any discomfort.......and it has lasted!
